The LBJ Ranch unit of Lyndon B. Johnson National Historical Park is located near Stonewall, Texas, and was the personal home of President Lyndon B. Johnson, Lady Bird Johnson, and their family. Known as the "Texas White House," the ranchhouse is where Johnson spent a quarter of his presidency leading the nation. Visitors can take a self-guided tour of the ranch which features the Johnson Family Cemetery, where President and Mrs Johnson are buried. The LBJ Ranch offers a look into the life of the 36th president, showcasing his connection to the land, his family, and the people of Texas.

The Johnson City unit of Lyndon B. Johnson National Historical Park is located in Johnson City, Texas, where President Lyndon B. Johnson grew up. The unit includes several important sites, including the Visitor Center, the Boyhood Home, and the Johnson Settlement. The Visitor Center has exhibits that tell the story of Johnson's early life and his family’s impact on the area. The Boyhood Home is the house that Lyndon Johnson's family moved into when he was five and where he spent his childhood, offering a glimpse into his early years. The Johnson Settlement is the 1860s home of Lyndon Johnson's grandparents, giving visitors a sense of frontier life in the Texas Hill Country.
