In the Seattle area, the Interagency Fourth Grade Pass covers the entrance fee at Mount Rainier and Olympic national parks, the trailhead parking fee at Mount Baker-Snoqualmie and Olympic national forests, the parking fee at Billy Frank Jr. Nisqually Wildlife Refuge, and the youth admission fee to the Wing Luke Museum of the Asian Pacific American Experience!
