Junior Ranger ProgramLearning about history is fun! Keweenaw NHP has two options to participate in the Junior Ranger program, based on age. The Junior Ranger activity book is for ages 7 and up; the Explorer Ranger activity book is for ages 4-6. Anyone of any age can become a Junior Ranger, as long as you're willing to have a little fun along the way!You can pick up a Junior Ranger book in-person from the Calumet Visitor Center. Hours vary based on the season, call ahead or check the Operating Hours & Seasons page in advance of your visit. Books can be returned in-person to the Visitor Center to earn the official Keweenaw Junior Ranger badge. You can also mail or email photos of the book to the park and we will send you the badge. Junior Ranger BookKeweenaw National Historical Park's Junior Ranger book is available online or at the Calumet Visitor Center. You can download a copy, or request that a copy be mailed to you. Junior Ranger Explorer BookThis book is for youth 4 to 6 years of age. Embark on an adventure throughout the Copper Country with Sam the dog.
