About the Archives
Selected Independence National Historical Park Finding Aids The Archives uses a variety of tools to help users locate information within archival collections. Finding aids are documents that consolidate information about an archival collection and include an inventory of the collection's series and folders. We are presently making available online electronic versions of the park's recently processed and updated finding aids. These represent only a portion of the available archival material held by Independence National Historical Park. The Archives organizes park records into "record groups" according to the organizational unit of the park that created them. The Archives also collects donated manuscript materials and organizational records that relate to the history and interpretive focus of the park. Please contact Archives' staff for additional information and research assistance. |
