Tours of the Hubbell Home

FREE tours are offered throughout each day and limited to 15 people for your personal enjoyment. Check with the Park Ranger at the visitor center for availability. Note that tours are not offered during inclement weather.

Group Tours

To ensure a FREE tour of the Hubbell home for your organized group, please provide a written request to reserve specific tour times. All Hubbell home tours are limited to 15 people per tour. If there are more than 15 people in the group, the group may be divided. Additional tours may be added to accommodate the group depending on staff availability.

School Groups

We are proud to offer FREE tours and programs for school groups visiting Hubbell Trading Post National Historic Site. Please submit your written request with details and email to the Park Ranger. Please allow at least two weeks for processing.

 
Free Entrance Days

The National Park Service offers the following Entrance Fee Free Days this year:

  • Monday, January 16 – Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
  • Saturday, April 22 – First Day of National Park Week
  • Friday, August 4 – National Park ServiceAnniversary.
  • Saturday, September 23 – National Public Lands Day.
  • Saturday, November 11 – Veterans Day.

If you're planning to visit multiple national parks, you might consider the annual pass that provides entrance to all national parks, national wildlife refuges, national forests, and many other Federal lands-more than 2,000 in all. The America the Beautiful National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass is offered free to all active duty military members and their dependents. Information on these and other pass options is available online.

*Fee waiver includes: entrance fees, commercial tour fees, and the transportation entrance fees. Other fees such as reservation, camping, tours, concession and fees collected by third parties are not included unless stated otherwise.
