West Branch, IA -- What is big and brown and weighs as much as a car? Learn the answer to this question and more by joining Cedar County Conservation Naturalist, Miss Sarah, for a program about critters that call the prairie home on Saturday, 10/8 at 2:00pm. This 45-minute program will focus on animal adaptations, conservation, and prairie ecology. The naturalist will use tracks, scat, furs, and skulls to teach about different animals.
The program will be held at the west picnic shelter at Herbert Hoover National Historic Site. This program is FREE of charge, fun for all ages, and reservations are not required.
