Fort Barrancas Area

 

Two historic structures located on Naval Air Station Pensacola, Fort Barrancas and Advanced Redoubt, are available for visitors to explore and learn about. There are also two short hiking trails, restrooms, and a visitor center with limited hours.

This area will be open from 9 am to 3:30 pm on the fourth Saturday of each month beginning May 24; Other dates are June 28, July 26, and August 23.

Operating Hours

Fort Barrancas Area, including all forts and facilities, is open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The visitor center and fort will be open 9 am–3:30 pm. The last entry to Fort Barrancas is at 3:30 pm; the fort closes at 4 pm.
