Pets
While your pet is welcome in the monument, pets are not allowed in public buildings. Due to the hot summer temperatures, do not plan on leaving pets in a vehicle for any amount of time. See our pets page for more information on visiting with your pet.

Parking
General parking is located near the visitor center. Parking for those accessing the McQueens Island Trail or Fishing is located on the west side of the Entrance station (highlighted on the map below).
Parking in the grass or in front of the gate keypad is prohibited.
