Hours of Operation:

The visitor center and park trails are currently open five days a week, from Thursday through Monday. Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The visitor center operates from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Mountain Time. There is no access to trails after hours and on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Admittance to park trails begins at 9:00 am, and ends at 3:00 pm for the Headland Trail and at 4:00 pm for the Inscription Loop Trail.
Summer Hours:
May 24, 2025 - September 30, 2025
The visitor center and park trails are open seven days a week from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Mountain Time.
Admittance to the Headland Trail ends at 3:00 pm; admittance to the Inscription Loop Trails ends at 4:00 pm.
Closed on Major Holidays:
The visitor center and park trails are closed on Thanksgiving, December 25, and January 1.
Important Trail Information:
Remember to plan ahead to ensure you can complete the trail(s) before the visitor center parking lot close at 5:00 pm. Hiking park trails after hours is not permitted.
