Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Construction Management Representative (CMR), or Project Manager (PM)
- Ensure coordination with all Parties.
- At project start, review construction documents with Architect-Engineer (A/E) Designers, Park Representative, Concessionaire Representative, and other applicable Parties.
- Ensure understanding of construction impacts and final product to park and concessionaire activities.
- Keep record file of correspondence, including e-mail.
- Update Park Representative on work in progress, modifications, safety issues, traffic controls, and other items as needed.
- Coordinate work with Concessionaire Representative.
- Coordinate change over of completed project with Park.
- Ensure maintenance personnel are aware of operational needs.
