Commercial Use Authorization Reporting Requirements

What are the reporting requirements?

All required documentation must be submitted for the authorization to remain active.

Monthly Use Reports	4th of each month
Annual Report	General CUA: March 1st of each year
Insurance Certificate (see example)	As insurance expires/renews

When are Annual Reports due?

Annual Reports provide information from the permit year and require reporting of gross receipts and visitors served for each year.

What are Monthly Use Reports and when are they due?

CUA holders are required to submit monthly use reports by the 4th of each month. Reports include the number of trips taken and the number of visitors served, and but may also include other relevant trip information such as where trips took place, etc. This information assists us with our monitoring efforts. If you have no use in a particular month, no monthly use form is required.

General CUAs

• Permit year May 1 - April 30
• Annual Report and Management Fee due no later than April 30 each year. (*Must be received by the park to re-apply.)
