Los Alamos, N.M. – A water line break just outside of Bandelier National Park along New Mexico State Highway 4 between White Rock and the Truck Route has temporarily closed Bandelier’s Tsankawi Unit. Los Alamos County utility workers have now isolated the leak and are currently working on repairs. Work is estimated to take at least two days.

A similar issue caused Tsankawi to temporarily close on Friday, January 10. It had reopened one week later.

Additional updates will be shared to Bandelier’s social media accounts.
