HERONSBILL (Erodium cicutarium) Bloom very early in the spring and late into the fall. Found in disturbed soil like near the visitor center or on the Main Pueblo Loop Trail.
FIREWEED (Epilobium angustifolium) Blooms in mid summer. Prefers disturbed areas such as along roads or in recently burned areas. Found in higher elevation areas of the park.
ROSE GENTIAN (Gentiana atrictiflora) Found in mixed conifer forests such as on Alamo Boundary Trail or Cerro Grande Route. Blooms in mid-summer.
