Puma Profiles: P-18
Male
He lived to be old enough to disperse, but died trying to define his own territory. P-18, along with his sisters, P-17 and P-19, were born in the Santa Monica Mountains in the spring of 2010 to male P-12 and female P-13. His dispersal path led him eastward, eventually ending up at the 405 Freeway, which he unsuccessfully crossed. A vehicle fatally hit him near the Getty Center on-ramp.
