Puma Profiles: P-14
Male
Initial capture date: Summer 2009
A son of P-1 and an unknown female, it was discovered upon his death that he ingested multiple types of rodenticide (rat poison). But that’s not what ultimately killed him. Rather, he fought and lost to an unknown mountain lion. P-14, who was first captured in summer of 2009 at the estimated age of two or less, was brothers with P-11, P-15, P-20, and P-22, the Griffith Park lion.
