Whose Story is History? Bringing the Diverse History of Grand Canyon into the Light


The stories of marginalized communities often go without recognition and appreciation. Grand Canyon has incredible stories of art, resilience, activism, and courage. The park also has challenging and uncomfortable histories of injustice and exclusion. Exploring all of these stories provides a more complete understanding of Grand Canyon history. Dive into the Whose Story is History Project with articles centered around historically underrepresented narratives and perspectives.
