No entrance pass required
An entrance pass is not required to access Chickasaw National Recreation Area. Other National Park Service sites may require an entrance pass or fee. Depending on your trip plans, an interagency pass may save you money. There is no entry fee to Chickasaw National Recreation Area. Camping fees and boat launch fees are charged.

Campground FeesThe park boasts six campgrounds with over 400 campsites, with fees ranging from $20.00 to $50.00 per night. Please visit the campground page for more information. Daily Permit: $4.00 Each motorized vessel that uses the Lake of the Arbuckles requires a boat launch permit. Day permits are available at the Point, Guy Sandy, and Buckhorn fee machines. Annual permits will be available online only starting in 2024. Senior Pass or Access Pass can be used for a 50% discount on daily and annual permits. Visit our boat launch permits page for more information. Picnic PavilionsThe day-use picnic pavilions at Veterans Lake and Buckhorn can be reserved for $30.00 a day. PassesInteragency Passes are available for purchase at the Travertine Nature Center. Those holding Senior and Access passes are eligible for a 50% discount on camping fees (except group campsites) and boat launch permits. |
