Monument located on Sherman Circle. This unit was attached to Col. Joseph R. Cockerill's 3rd Brigade of Brig. Gen. William Sooy Smith's 1st Division, Maj. Gen. Cadwallader C. Washburn's XVI Army Corps (Detachment) and was commanded by Col. Robert F. Catterson.
