Multiple monument located at Louisiana Circle on South Washington Street. This unit was attached to Col. Edward Higgins' River Defense Batteries, Lt. Gen. John C. Pemberton's Army of Vicksburg, and commanded by Col. C. A. Fuller and Lt. Col. Daniel Beltzhoover. Company A

Two iron tablets located outside of Vicksburg National Military Park, on former park property in the City of Vicksburg, on the east side of Confederate Avenue approximately 0.1 mile south of Hall's Ferry Road, and approximately 0.2 miles south of All Saints School. This unit was attached to Fort Cobun, at Grand Gulf, MS, and commanded by Capt. J. B. Grayson.

After Grand Gulf was abandoned, the company was broken into two detachments. One served an 8-inch siege gun in Brig. Gen. Seth M. Barton's sector of the Vicksburg Perimeter Defensive Lines (25 May 1863 until 4 July 1863); the second served a 12-pdr gun in Col. Alexander W. Reynolds' sector of the Vicksburg Perimeter Defensive Lines (18 May 1863 until 4 July 1863).
