Monument is located at Sherman Circle. This unit was attached to Col. J. Mason Loomis' 1st Brigade of Brig. Gen. William Sooy Smith's 1st Division, Maj. Gen. Cadwallader C. Washburn's XVI Army Corps (Detachment) and was commanded by Col. Reuben Williams.
