Multiple monument located at Fort Hill (Park Tour Stop 9). Also an iron tablet located inside the fortification at Fort Hill. This unit was attached to Col. A. Jackson, Jr.'s and Lt. Col. R. Sterling's 1st Tennessee Heavy Artillery, of Col. Edward Higgins' River Defense Batteries, Lt. Gen. John C. Pemberton's Army of Vicksburg, and commanded by Capt. T.N. Johnston.
