Monument located on Union Avenue approximately .1 mile west of Grant Avenue. This unit was attached to Col. J. Mason Loomis' 1st Brigade of Brig. Gen. William Sooy Smith's 1st Division, Maj. Gen. Cadwallader C. Washburn's XVI Army Corps (Detachment) and was commanded by Col. Timothy O'Meara.
