Developmental and SensoryPlease let a ranger know if someone visiting the park with you may feel uncomfortable participating in a tour of the historic house. The tour involves being with a group of up to 20 people and standing outside to hear a ranger give a presentation about the house and the people who lived there. Afterwards, people go through the house on their own. We can make arrangements to have you skip the introduction and just tour the inside of the house. Let someone at the front desk know ahead of the tour time if you would prefer this option. The park has a Junior Ranger book that includes a variety of activities to include people of all ages and abilities. A large format booklet is available upon request. If we can help with other accomodations, please let a ranger know.
