At Theodore Roosevelt Birthplace National Historic Site, volunteers help make the park's story acessible to all. Volunteers have two main duties: The first duty is staffing the visitor center front desk. In this role, volunteers greet guests, answer questions, and assist with gift shop operations. The second duty is providing interpretive programs to visitors. Volunteers will take groups of visitors up to the historic floors and deliver a program about the Birthplace, TR's young life, and the Roosevelt family saga. Have a question about the volunteer program? Please email thrb_info@nps.gov. Current OpeningsWe have no current openings for volunteers. Please check back, as this page is updated regularly. |
