Solicitation for Proposals for a New Concession Contract to Operate Guided Land Tours within Crater Lake National Park

The National Park Service (NPS) will release beginning July 11, 2024, a prospectus soliciting proposals to award a new ten (10) year concession contract to provided guide land tours within Crater Lake National Park.

Any interested party intending to submit a proposal must submit a "Notice of Intent to Propose" as described in the Business Opportunity and Proposal Instructions, no later than 12:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on September 18, 2024.

The NPS will not hold a site visit, interested parties are encouraged to visit the operation on their own. Questions regarding the prospectus must be received, in writing, no later than 12:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on July 29, 2024. Email your questions to Kimberley Gagliolo, Commercial Services Specialist, at kim_gagliolo@nps.gov.

The NPS is ONLY accepting electronic proposals in response to this prospectus. Any proposal must be received electronically, no later than 12:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on October 16, 2024, in the format outline in the Proposal Instructions, to be evaluated for award of the new concession contract.
