San Vicente Mountain Park offers stunning 360-degree views, access to a large network of hiking, mountain biking, and equestrian trails, bathrooms and picnic areas Located in the heart of the eastern Santa Monica Mountains on the unpaved portion of Mulholland Drive just 2.7 miles west of the 405 freeway, the 10.2-acre park is a gateway to Westridge Canyonback Park, and the 20,000-acre “Big Wild” wilderness area. It is one of the region’s premiere locations to watch a Western sunset. The park can be reached by a ten-minute walk along a wide dirt road from the parking area.
