Friends of San Juan National Historic Site

The Friends of San Juan National Historic Site assists the National Park Service in its mission to preserve and protect the San Juan National Historic Site by raising funds and public awareness, and by providing volunteers for needed projects.

• Preserve, restore and enhance the park's natural and cultural resources

• Provide improved services and facilities for its visitors

• Increase public awareness and support of the park

• Enhance educational and interpretive activities

• Improve trails and facilities.

America's National Parks

The park store is operated by America’s National Parks, an official non-profit partner of the National Park Service dedicated to supporting the educational mission of San Juan National Historic Site.

The park store has a wide range of books, maps, educational games, posters, and other items available for retail sale. These products complement the interpretive themes you experience when visiting the park. They support 166 other National Park Sites. The park store is located near the entrances of Castillo San Felipe del Morro and Castillo San Cristóbal, you can also visit the online park store at digital store.

National Park Foundation

The National Park Foundation is the official charitable partner of the National Park Service. It enriches America’s national parks and programs through the support of private citizens, park lovers, stewards of nature, history enthusiasts, and wilderness adventurers. Chartered by Congress in 1967, the Foundation grew out of a legacy of park protection that began over a century ago, when ordinary citizens took action to establish and protect our national parks.
