Size: 5.5-7”
Description: Grayish brown overall with some streaking on the chest.
Migratory Status: Late spring and summer residents, and migrants of Rocky Mountain National Park.
Habitat: Breed in moist alpine meadows and tundra to 14,000 feet.
Diet: Forage on the ground and eat mostly insects and seeds.
