2019 Sand Sculpture Contest: Adult/Family Group 1st Place Winner: Entry #08: Sir Francis Drake UFO, by the Christiansen Family.

 

The 38th Annual Sand Sculpture Contest at Drakes Beach was held on Sunday, August 25, 2019, with 31 sculptures entered. Hundreds of participants and observers showed up to enjoy a foggy morning that gave way to a sunny, warm afternoon at the beach.
