Visitors can enjoy swimming, floating, fishing, hiking, and lovely views of the Current River. Great trails connect to both Blue Spring and the historic Owls Bend area, which is quite beautiful in fall. After roughly 13 miles, you will cross a bridge over the Current River. After the bridge, take the first right towards the Powder Mill Campground. Drive down the side road until you find a large grass field; this field is the campground.Cell Phone Additional Information Cell phone service is generally unreliable. For nearby accessible campsites, please visit Alley Spring, Round Spring, or Big Spring Campground instead. Wheelchair Access - This area is not wheelchair accessible. However, the terrain is mostly flat, which may be suitable for Power-Driven Mobility Devices. RV & Trailer Information - RVs and trailers are allowed as specified in our campground regulations.
