The Park Planning, Facilities and Lands (PPFL) Directorate provides leadership, policy development, and program accountability and budget formulation for planning, design, construction, park facility management, and land management. Collectively, the PPFL’s divisions manage:
- Project planning, design, and execution (Denver Service Center)
- Environmental compliance and cleanup (Environmental Compliance and Cleanup Division)
- Safe preservation and maintenance (Historic Preservation Training Center)
- Land acquisition (Land Resources Division)
- Capital planning and investment control (Major Construction Division)
- Facility management and stewardship
- Park and facility planning (Park Planning and Special Studies)
