A .3 mile (.5 kilometer) loop, fully accessible boardwalk travels through an ancient creekside forest. Accessible parking2 stars and toilet2 stars are available. The trail weaves through tall trees and along bubbling Happy Creek. Read the interpretive signs, or just sit on a bench for a while and take in the sights, sounds and smells of this living place. Use caution if boardwalk is frosty or wet. Parking is limited, especially for large vehicles.

Note: Half of trail is 0-5% grade, the other half is 5-8% grade. There is access to a longer steep rustic trail to Happy Creek Falls from this boardwalk. Keep in mind that the distance to the falls is 1.8 miles from here making it a 2-3 hour round trip for most people.
