Sandstone Visitor Center
Visit our green design visitor center in the south end of the park. African American Heritage Auto Tour
Journey along a self guided auto tour that helps tell the story of the African American experience in the gorge. Trump-Lilly Farm
The collection of buildings preserved at Trump-Lilly Farm take visitors back to the early days of Appalachian subsistence farming. Richmond Hamilton Farm
This early subsistence farm offers a glimpse of what life was like for early settlers in this region. Grandview Area Trails
Grandview area trails offer spectacular views, rock formations, and woodlands. Sandstone Brooks Area Trails
There are several excellent trails in the south end of the park, just a short drive from Sandstone Visitor Center. Thurmond-Stone Cliff-Cunard Area Trails
There are several easy to moderate hiking trails, many utilizing old roads and railroad grades, in the Thurmond area. |
