Abraham Lincoln: A Journey to Greatness

A theatrical documentary produced for Lincoln Home National Historic Site, Abraham Lincoln: A Journey to Greatness brings history to life and captures the portrait of a humble man who was destined for greatness. Join Lincoln on his dramatic journey from Springfield, Illinois to the White House.

Stirring music and a high-tech sound system add to the drama as the film looks at Lincoln before he was an icon. The film plays in Theater 1 of the Visitor Center every hour and half hour (10:00, 10:30, 11:00, etc.) and runs 23 minutes.

Abraham Lincoln: A Journey to Greatness and other films and videos about Lincoln and the Lincoln Home can be watched from on our YouTube page.
