Friends of the JFK Birthplace

We are pleased to announce the creation of the Friends of the JFK Birthplace, a charitable non-profit organization. Created in 2019 by a dedicated group of supporters and registered with the Massachusetts Secretary of State in 2020, the Friends group will work cooperatively with the National Park Service to support John Fitzgerald Kennedy National Historic Site.

Contributions to John F. Kennedy NHS

The National Park Service welcomes support from the private sector to supplement public funds appropriated by Congress. Donations come to the park from individuals, organizations, foundations, and corporations as expressions of support and enhance the ability of the National Park Service to carry out its programs and activities. Teen Employment Opportunities

Our Stewards of the Future positions offer paid opportunites for youth ages 15-18. Stewards work together, and with Park Rangers, to provide public programs and visitor services at John Fitzgerald Kennedy National Historic Site, Frederick Law Olmsted National Historic Site, and Longfellow House- Washington's Headquarters National Historic Site.

Volunteer Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the John Fitzgerald Kennedy National Historic Site. Due to visitor center renovations, we do not currently have capacity for new volunteers or interns for the 2021 season. Check back for 2022 opportunities as they become available.
