Celebrate the outdoors at the Outdoor Adventure Festival. The festival has over 50 events taking place at different parks and preserves throughout Northwest Indiana. There are events for visitors of all ages and activity levels, including hiking, biking, photography, forest bathing, yoga, geocaching, earth-caching, birding, and more. There is no charge for the festival and no pre-registration is required. The national park will change an entrance fee of $25 per car for a seven-day pass. The national park will also honor America the Beautiful inter-agency passes. The state park will charge a daily per car entrance fee of $7 in-state / $20 out-of-state.
