Earn Your Volunteer Pass while Working at Great Basin National Park!

This pass is equivalent to an Annual Pass and is issued as a thank you for hard-working volunteers in our National Parks. This is a FREE pass available to volunteers who have worked 250 consecutive hours at a participating federal agency (see list below). The pass is valid for one year, beginning on the issuing date. The pass provides access to, and use of, federal recreation sites that charge an entrance or standard amenity fee. In per person fee areas, the pass will admit the passholder and up to three adults. (Children ages 15 and under are admitted free.) In per vehicle fee areas, the pass will admit the passholder and passengers in a non-commercial vehicle. The pass does not cover expanded amenity fees, such as camping or cave tours. You can obtain a pass at the site where you volunteered or through your Volunteer Coordinator. These six agencies participate in the Interagency Pass Program:
