The visitor center at Fort Wadsworth will be closed for building repairs beginning Sunday, July 1.
Contact: Jeannette Parker, chief of interpretation and education, 718-354-4530, #237 As of July 1, 2012, the Visitor Center at Fort Wadsworth on Staten Island has closed for building repairs and for a much-needed restoration of museum exhibits. It is anticipated to reopen by spring 2013.
