Public Comment Procedures:
- Commenters will be called in the order they sign up
- Comments may by up to three (3) - five (5) minutes depending on how many people sign up
- Commenters should address the Committee as a whole and speak to issues within the Committee’s scope
- If all time allotted on the agenda for public comments is not taken, the Committee may resume work
