Service animals are allowed in all public areas in the park. National Park Service (NPS) policy defines a service animal as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual or other mental disability. Restrictions apply to pets not qualified as service animals. For information on bringing pets (not service animals) to the park, visit our pets page.
