Both entrances to the Visitor Center have ramps suitable for wheelchairs. Steps to Visitor Center have handrails. Automatic door openers installed on main doors to the Visitor Center. Interior theater and exhibits are accessible.
The Fort's lower level is wheelchair accessible. A brick walkway surrounds all sides of the interior of the Fort. The stairs to the upper level are steep and without a handrail. No guardrail on upper level to prevent falls. Upper level of fort has a narrow brick walkway and grass lawn.
