To begin, you must determine your group's eligibility for the fee waiver. You may refer to the frequently asked question "What is an Academic Fee Waiver?" to determine eligibility. Remember that to obtain a waiver for park entrance fees you must be a school group or other bona fide national or international academic institution. Complete the Academic Fee Waiver Application form and email it along with the requested documentation to FOMC_Groups@nps.gov. The application and documentation must be received at least two weeks in advance of your visit. If you request an academic fee waiver you will receive a notification of approval or will be queried for supporting documentation if anything else is required. ***A GROUP ARRIVING WITHOUT AN APPROVED WAIVER OF FEES WILL
