Thomas Edison National Historical Park, Winter Closure

West Orange, NJ – Beginning on Thursday, January 6, 2022, the Thomas Edison Laboratory Complex, Glenmont Mansion and Grounds will be closed to the public for the winter season and will reopen on Saturday, March 12, 2022. 

While we are closed, we invite the public to visit our website at www.nps.gov/edis for the latest information about the park, historical interpretive information, access to 3,000 images from the park’s historic photo collection and children’s activities such as our Junior Ranger Program. In addition, schools and organized groups are encouraged to make reservations for virtual programming during this period. Please call 973-736-0550 x26 Wednesday-Sunday for more information.
