___
Coordinate information between discipline drawings: dimensions, grid lines, common xrefs etc.
___
Coordinate drawings within disciplines including: correct drawing number, PMIS number, and individual sheet numbers.
___
Index titles match individual sheet titles.
___
Legend reflects discipline symbols used within drawing set.
___
Abbreviation list reflects discipline abbreviations used within drawing set.

___
Drawings are in "real world" coordinates in model space. Viewport in paper space is at a "true scale".
___
Base survey files are located in "real world" within model space. Base file in model space is not moved or rotated from "real world".
___
Northing and Easting coordinate control reflected on existing conditions base file.
___
Electronic files submitted are placed in their relative discipline files (Bases, General, Civil (Site) & Environmental, Lanscape Architecture, Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical).
___
Drawing names used as xrefs begin with an "x" and are located in the "Bases" folder.
___
Xrefs are "overlayed" and not "attached".
___
Northing and Easting Coordinate information is shown in decimal feet to the hundredths.
___
Entities not intended to be plotted are drawn on no plot layer(s).
___
Graphic scale bars: No "text scales".
___
Dimension style is associative.
___
Hatch is associative (do not explode hatch).
___
If "custom" hatch is used, submit hatch file.
___
Drawings reflecting existing conditions (screened) versus new work (100%) and is clearly distinguishable/differentiated on plots.
___
Use True Type Fonts formatted in uppercase lettering.
___
If photos or other raster files are included, the file produces clear, legible prints.
___
Where necessary, text and contour labels are "masked".
___
Existing conditions drawing: survey control and a minimum of three coordinate tics are labeled.
___
Demo items are not reflected on subsequent design subsheets but only shown on existing conditions sheet and demo sheet.
___
Xrefs are not "bound".
___
Files use xref relative paths.
___
Items such as scale bars/north arrows/standard details, etc. are not xref'd.
___
Drawings use color dependent plot styles, not named plot styles.
___
Objects are "color by layer" only.
___
Project files comply with DSC folder structure, i.e. [park] \ [pmis] \ [phase] \ [discipline].
___
Drawing file names conform to DSC drawing file naming conventions.
___
Layer names comply with DSC layering conventions as indicated in the Electronic Drawing Standards (EDS).
___
Delete unused layers.
___
Each sub sheet is created as an individual .dwg file. One single drawing file containing multiple sub sheets is not acceptable.
___
Printing/plotting set in paper space at 1:1 scale for full-size prints, 1:2 scale for half-size prints.
___
Model space base entities are rotated within paper space viewport and not in model space.
___
No extraneous graphics or drawing entities exist outside drawing border in order that "extents" can be set for plotting.
___
Relative .ctb file is submitted with electronic drawing files.

Completeness:

___
Deliverables: Files do no contain "old" or extraneous files. Drawing files do not contain xref files which are not pertinent to the drawings.
___
Required deliverables for each completed milestone/phase of a project are submitted for archiving (folder structure reflects specific stage of project).
___
Deliverables meet Technical Information Center's (TIC) requirements for archiving.

___
Review comments from Design Development review are satisfactorily resolved.
___
Required deliverables submitted.
