Weather Report

14,200 feet - Camp got more snow yesterday (storm total 28 cm), but overnight just a trace of new snow fell. This morning, they had a few clouds overhead, and cloudy skies down near Kahiltna Pass.  Weather has been generally cloudy with some light snow over the past couple days.  Windspeed was 1 mph from the northeast, with gusts to 6 mph.

Current temp:  9 F (-13 C)
Low temp:  1 F (-17 C)
High temp:   7 F (-14 C)   

7,200 feet -  Lisa reports scattered clouds over basecamp, but she can see all three summits.  A trace of new snow fell overnight.  Winds were calm, with gusts to 3 mph from the north.

Ranger Update

NPS Denali Patrol #6 is (Gentzel, Corn, 4 VIPs)  Not much to report, all rangers and volunteers are in camp today.

NPS Basecamp Patrol #6 (Weber + 1 VIP) Dave Weber and YCC student Nick Pedersen are back down in Talkeetna, cleaning up and putting away the basecamp infrastructure that flew out with them yesterday afternoon.  

Rangers Mik Shain and Chris Erickson flew into the Eldridge Glacier yesterday afternoon for a week-long Alaska Range patrol.
