From Site Admin - Utilities - Site Tools, click Rescan and Generate Missing Image Sizes to access this dialog . CommonSpot includes a Java utility to extract height and width information for all images within a CommonSpot site. This utility scans the Content database for image references and programmatically (re)populates image size information and regenerates missing image sizes if possible.
CommonSpot prompts you to back up the site Content database. To safeguard your image library, complete the backup, and check this option.
Click Run Utility to update image data. CommonSpot displays update and completion progress.
The dialog refreshes with details of the images that were processed.
