To apply for a special use permit, please download and completely fill out the 10-930 Special Use Permit Application Form. Please provide thorough supporting details, maps, and photos as needed. Please send completed application, nonrefundable $250 processing fee (cashiers check, personal check or money order), and proof of liability insurance policy with at least $1 million in per occurrence coverage to:
