Current Facilities Status:

The National Park Service is working service-wide with federal, state, and local public health authorities to closely monitor the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and state and local public health authorities, access to the park is outlined below.

Open: All facilities at Oakland Plantation

• The Oakland Plantation Store is open at a reduced capacity from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday through Sunday.
• The Oakland Main House is open on weekends from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with reduced capacity.
• Park grounds at Oakland Plantation and Magnolia Plantation are open from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily.
• Public restrooms are open.

Open: All facilities at Magnolia Plantation

• There are no closed facilities at this time.

While the listed areas are accessible for visitors to enjoy, some services may be limited. Please recreate responsibly by following CDC guidance, avoiding high risk activities, and staying home if you feel sick.

We will continue to monitor all park functions to ensure that visitors adhere to CDC guidance for mitigating risks associated with the transmission of COVID-19 and take any additional steps necessary to protect public health.
