GeologyThe island is composed of low granite and slate outcroppings and fine gravel beach. Rising three feet in elevation, the island is difficult to see at high tide. The island was larger and higher prior to quarrying in the colonial period. Water FeaturesNo constructed water features. Views and VistasDue to its low elevation, the island is difficult to see from other Harbor Islands or the mainland.
