Visitor Centers & Contact Stations

In summer, head to Hulls Cove Visitor Center to talk to a ranger, pick up a park pass and map, and browse the park store. Here, you'll find information to help plan your visit and learn more about Acadia. You can also join a ranger program, or become a junior ranger.

Several other seasonal contact stations are described a links below, including:

  • Sieur de Monts Nature Center
  • Isleford Museum
  • Rockefeller Welcome Center

In winter, information and park passes are available at the Bar Harbor Chamber of Commerce in downtown Bar Harbor.

 

Summer

    In summer, head to Hulls Cove Visitor Center for information, entrance passes, the park store, and access to the Island Explorer shuttle.

    Learn about the park's "science behind the scenery" with exhibits and ranger-led activities.
